Man V Fat Leicester is a welcoming and friendly community. We focus on making sustainable healthy changes that not only help weight loss but also improve our physical and mental health. Each week involves some great laughs, some fab football games and supportive chats. It is an absolute pleasure to support such a lovely bunch of lads through their weight  loss  journey.
