I've struggled with losing weight for years. Made a concerted effort a couple of years back, joined a gym, started eating sensible meals. But I was getting nowhere. I found ManV Fat on social media and thought 'why not?' Always loved football, but haven't played for over 30 years so I was a bit nervous about it. ' What if I let others down?' I had no need to feel nervous about it. I was welcomed to the club, I've met a fantastic bunch of guys, a great encouraging coach and I really look forward to game night.
