I have made the full journey from being a MAN v FAT participant to now running a league! This really can change your life. I joined a local MAN v FAT league (in 2016) to lose weight and meet people locally after relocating. It gave me the drive to change my career (after working in sales for 20 years) and work in the community. MAN v FAT and my league coach, who is now my CEO, put me on the road to where I am now. The social aspect really helped me at low points in my life and I am still friends with a lot of the members of the old league I played in. Seeing players develop and thrive is very rewarding. The community they have built is credit to them, and with our new permanent home we are excited about what the future holds for the Bath league!

MAN v FAT has changed my life! The lads at Bath give me the accountability, support and encouragement I need to feel physically and mentally fitter than I have in years. It has changed my mindset towards food and fitness which will stick with me for life. Would love to see more people join the league and start their own journey - you won’t regret it!
