During the last two and a half years working with MANvFAT Football, I have observed many benefits to the programme and how it can positively impact lifestyle change amongst individuals. Not only have I witnessed many weight loss success stories, but the programme provides an inclusive environment for men who love to play football and want to lose weight. I would welcome any new individuals to join the growing MANvFAT community in Portsmouth.

In the last two years with MAN v FAT, I've successfully shed 80 kilograms. The camaraderie among the players in the Portsmouth is simply incredible, with everyone offering unwavering support on my weight loss journey. Additionally, I've gained wonderful new friends through this experience, which has been an unexpected and delightful perk. I'm eagerly anticipating the next stage of my journey as I aim to lose an additional 20 kilograms to reach my ideal weight!
